He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ateneo de Manila University in 1976 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with concentrations in International Marketing and Finance from Babson College in 1980.

Appointed as member of the audit committee based on the decision of the Company’s Board of Commissioners No : KEP-001/DEKOM-LPI/VI/2026 dated June 15, 2026.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
He began his career at OESCO International in Manila in 1976, before serving as a Project Assistant at M. Krugger Ltd. in Denmark from 1977 to 1978. From 1980 to 1991, he worked at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Bank in New York, USA, where he held various positions within the International Division. His roles included Vice President and Country Desk Officer for Southeast Asia and Australia, Head of the Multinational Division in Singapore, and Country Head and Representative in Bangkok, Thailand.
In 1991, he joined Lippo Group as an Associate Director of PT Lippo Securities Tbk. He subsequently held a number of senior leadership positions, including Commissioner of PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk, and Director of PT Lippo Pacific Finance, PT Link Net Tbk, PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk, and PT Multipolar Tbk.
